I stared into the eyes of my father furious, how could he stay so come I wondered. This was his department as well; he was the one completely in charge of it. Yet here he sits amongst his colleagues as though there was nothing wrong. It was maddening; I couldn't restrain the low growl that reverberated out of my chest. He sat there waiting for my reply; he was always the most patient man I had ever known. Always knowing the answers to all of my questions, I loved my father. The next morning I was sore aching in places I was not sure even existed in my body, but some how they hurt. My head was pounding, I could hear a ringing in my ear that sounded like a dog whistle at close range. Last night had been rough, we were so unorganized that we almost seemed like new hunters rather than the experienced ones that we were. I don't know what we are going to do and thinking about it only made my head hurt worse. This was the worst day so far, I decided then and there that drinking after dealing with a disturbance was not a good idea.
